I made this little video for a fun TikTok, but it ended up reminding me of something I genuinely believe: cool girls have cool jobs.
Not "cool" because of a title, a corner office, or what looks impressive on LinkedIn. Cool because they're building things, solving problems, creating opportunities, leading teams, launching businesses, designing products, telling stories, and making an impact in ways that are uniquely their own.
Every career has the potential to be interesting when you're passionate about what you do. Whether you're in tech, healthcare, construction, finance, education, hospitality, or running your own business, there's something incredibly cool about showing up, doing meaningful work, and owning your expertise.
This video is just a lighthearted reminder that careers don't have to fit a stereotype. The women redefining industries today are proof that ambition and personality go hand in hand.
Here's to celebrating women who love what they do—and inspiring the next generation to find careers they're excited to wake up for.
Because cool girls really do have cool jobs.
